2006

Osprey nest on 28 April 2006

Progress on nest, 4 May 2006.

On about 19 May 2006, Portland General Electric put insulators on the wires to protect the Osprey.

2007 & 2008

Later, in 2006, PGE added a second pole for the nest. While the Osprey used the nest again in 2007, they were unsuccessful.

In 2008 the Osprey had their first successful nesting. Here is one of the adults with their two 2008 chicks.

2009

In 2009, the Osprey had three chicks. This is a view of the nest from our driveway.
